BIOGRAPHY
Travis Greisler is a graduate of Northwestern University and has been a
professional actor since the age of nine appearing on Broadway in The
Who’s
Tommy, Radio City Music Hall’s Xmas Spectacular and the Nat’l
Tours of Les Miz and Big. Favorite roles as a performer include the title
character in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Smith in the AMTP production of In
the Bubble directed by Michael Greif, the Emcee in Cabaret and countless
readings and workshops of new plays and musicals. As a director, he has worked
on productions of Into the Woods, Company, Edges, The
Wild Party (Lippa),
and Jesus Christ Superstar. He has assisted at theatres such as the Paper
Mill Playhouse, Chicago Shakespeare, Marriott Lincolnshire and Town Hall.
Currently he is the director for Hey, You Know What Movie Would Make
A Good Musical? and Rated RSO: The Music and Lyrics of Ryan Scott
Oliver. Also a
teacher and director at Stagedoor Manor.
